Structural Warranty (5 Years)

We guarantee that the structural framework of your deck or dock will be free from defects in workmanship for 5 yearsunder normal use. This includes framing, footings, and connections to ensure long-term stability. If a structural issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will repair or replace the affected areas at no cost to you.

Decking & Railing Installation Warranty (3 Years)

We warrant that all MoistureShield® Composite Decking and Westbury® Aluminum Railing installations will be completed according to manufacturer specifications for 3 years. This covers proper fastening, spacing, and support to prevent warping, shifting, or detachment due to installation errors. If an issue occurs within this timeframe due to our workmanship, we will make the necessary repairs.

Fasteners & Hardware Warranty (2 Years)

All fasteners, hardware, and finishing details are covered for 2 years, ensuring that railings, stairs, and decking remain secure. If any fastening components loosen or fail due to our installation, we will fix or replace them as needed.

Exclusions & Manufacturer Warranties

• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, improper maintenance, or material defects.

• All MoistureShield® Decking and Westbury® Railing products come with their own manufacturer warranties, which we will help you register and utilize if needed.

• Any alterations or modifications made by a third party will void this warranty.
