How do we finish this product? As with most products, our team recommends installing a primed siding and painting it after it is installed. This allows for the best clean and finished look. This is also more economical, saving $4-10k on most projects versus pre-painted siding.
James Hardie Fiber Cement sidingis the most expensive option we offer due to both the premium material and increased labor for installation. Its primary advantages are that its fiber cement properties make it non-flame able. Over all, we generally recommend people who are looking for a premium product to go with LP Smart siding. Like LP smart siding, Fiber Cement siding comes in both clap board and Board & Batten siding.
